Example of use while traveling:
If you travel from London at 12:10 to New York, you will need to change the hour hands and of the central minutes to 7:10 (New York is 5 hours behind London) and move the GMT hand at 12:10.
This way, you can easily determine the exact time at your departure location
Adjustment: Set the central time at the new destination by unscrewing the crown and pulling it out position 2.
Move the hour and minute hands until they point to the desired time.
Then bring the crown to position 1 and turn the crown clockwise
GMT hand around the 24 o’clock scale until it points to the home rare.
